These terms apply when you use Doom Warden, provided by StatWave. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Doom Warden does

Doom Warden helps you set focus sessions, create app limits, and redirect your attention after a limit is reached. It uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks and the choices you make on your device.

Doom Warden is a wellbeing and productivity tool. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it for emergencies or safety-critical restrictions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Doom Warden lawfully.
• Choose limits that are safe for your situation.
• Keep access to essential communication, safety, health, and work apps when needed.
• Not try to misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

Subscription

Doom Warden Premium is an auto-renewing weekly subscription.

• Price: $4.99 per week in the United States. Apple may show a localized price elsewhere.
• Free trial: One week for eligible customers.
• Billing: Apple charges your Apple Account when the trial ends or when you subscribe without a trial.
• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Refunds: Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.

The App Store purchase screen shows the current price and trial eligibility before you confirm. That screen controls if it differs from this page.

Availability

Apple controls Family Controls authorization, Screen Time enforcement, notifications, subscriptions, and background execution. These features may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable because of device settings, operating-system behavior, network access, or Apple services.

We may change or stop features when needed to keep Doom Warden secure, lawful, and reliable.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains how Doom Warden handles information. The launch version keeps Doom Warden data on your device and does not use advertising or analytics services.

Disclaimer

Doom Warden is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, StatWave does not promise that the app will always prevent access to every selected app or website.

Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by law, StatWave is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by using or being unable to use Doom Warden. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using Doom Warden at any time. You can delete local data in Settings → Profile & Plan → Delete local data and then remove the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Doom Warden changes. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date.
